Color of the Month!

Check out the Sherwin Williams Color of the Month ~ SW6790 – Adriatic Sea!

The Adriatic Sea is a body of water separating the  Italian Peninsula from the Balkan Peninsula and the Apennine Mountains from the Dinaric Alps and adjacent ranges. The sea was an important trading ground that aided in the formation of the early Greek City States and was also pivotal in the rise of the Roman Empire.

Genghis Khan camped on the shores of the Adriatc Sea just south of present day Zadar, Croatia. This was the western most point of his conquests.

It is also a little known fact that the Adriatic is over 50% fresh water because of the amount of rivers it collects.

Many of the above facts about the Adriac Sea are incorrect or completely fabricated but the Sherwin Williams color is really cool!

Post below with what rooms you would paint this color!

Have a good’un!
